At first glance, looks like a Volvo B10M / Volgren from Victoria, not 100% though.

By it's livery looks as if it could be a former sita Buslines of melbourne unit.

Weve seen buses ex New Caledonia on Suva wharves and they weren't for Fiji, and went elswhere. Quite possibly in this case its being transhipped to a Forum line ship at Suva and that could point to Apia Samoa, or Nukualofa Tonga. Possibly other places. I will keep an eye out here in Samoa but i am doubtful as its a bit big for the roads here.

If it was alright I took a copy to study it more its ex Sita 106 (7349-AO) ex Grenda Portsea bus service 408 (4408-AO) ex Grenda Peninsula bus lines Seaford 8 (CVP-835) the bus was withdrawn 15/9/13.

This seems to have ended up in Tonga (Suva beina a transhipment port) This photo is probably it on 1MAr2017 on cruise ship duties at Nukualofa Tonga.
