Looks a bit like a Melbourne Citadis.

Yet another bit of variety for Japan's best tram system.

I noticed a clip of a German single trucker in the second link, from Hannover. The panto looks a bit frail.

Hiroshima ran some artic sets from Dortmund, back in the mid 1980s.
