As part of the Belconnen Town Centre improvements, new bus stations at Westfield and the Belconnen Community Centre will open on Monday 15 November 2010. To coincide with the opening, ACTION will introduce new bus services and timetables. These network improvements will include
*Opening of new bus stations in Belconnen
*Delivering new services to West Macgregor and Gungahlin
*Adopting the REDEX rapid service into the permanent network and extending it to Fyshwick
*Improving the spacing of departure times from Kippax
*Improving services into the Parliamentary precinct
*Adjustments to most bus timetables including school bus times.
When and where can I get a new bus timetable?
The new timetables and a brochure detailing the network improvements will be available from Monday 1 November 2010 on the ACTION website, at any Canberra Connect Shopfront, at ACTION bus stations, or by calling 13 17 10.
