Routes 240, 241 and School Special 739 (Mary Mount Primary School) – service disruption
Effective: Immediately, Monday 7 February 2011 until further notice

Routes 240, 241 and School Special 739 (Mary Mount Primary School) are currently affected by road closures caused by the ongoing bush fires.

Route 240 services are currently not operating. The only exception is Route 240F that deviates from Kelmscott Station to Kelmscott Senior High School and will continue to shuttle students from Kelmscott Station to Kelmscott Senior High School.

Route 241 services are not operating, including Roleystone Senior High School deviations.

School Special 739 that departs Brookton Hwy and Westbourne Rd at 7.25am to Mary Mount Primary is not operating.

Transperth strongly encourages passengers to regularly check the website regarding service disruptions in the area as the long term affect, particularly for Route 241, is yet to be determined due to damage to Buckingham Bridge .

Route 241 will operate a permanent route deviation until the future of Buckingham Bridge is determined.

All Route 241 services except the ones listed below will operate as follows:
Depart Kelmscott Station, left Railway Av, left Denny Av, right Albany Hwy, left Church St, right River Rd, left Orlando St/Canning Mills Rd, right Marmion St, left Buckingham Rd, right Mount St, left Brookton Hwy, left Peet Rd, left Urch Rd to loop back around to turn left Peet Rd, right Raeburn Rd, right Holden Rd, left Valley View Rd, left Northward Rd, right Westbourne Rd, right Brookton Hwy, right Mount St, left Buckingham Rd, right Marmion St, left Canning Mills Rd, right Clifton Rd, left Gilwell Ave, left Albany Hwy, right Denny Av, right Railway Av, right into Kelmscott Station.
Route 241 departing from bus stop 13368 on Urch Rd in Roleystone 7.32am will continue to service Brookton Hwy between Albany Hwy and Buckingham Bridge as follows:
Depart Canning Mills Rd, right Marmion St, left Buckingham Rd, right Mount St, left Brookton Hwy, left Peet Rd, left Urch Rd to loop around and turn left Urch Rd, left Peet Rd, right Raeburn Rd to deviate to Roleystone High School, left Holden Rd, right Chevin Rd, right Brooks Rd to Roleystone Senior High School then via Brooks Rd, right Raeburn Rd, left Holden Rd, right Brookton Hwy, right Mount St, left Buckingham Rd, right Marmion St, left Canning Mills Rd, right Clifton St, left Gilwell Av, left Albany Hwy, right Denny Av, right Railway Ave, right into Kelmscott Station.

Route 241 departing Kelmscott Station at 8.00am will also service Brookton Hwy between Albany Hwy and Buckingham Bridge as follows:
