Changes have been implemented to see apropriate use of railcars. Reviews have been done over the whole Transperth Network. I can't get the link but it is on the transperth website homepage. www.transperth.wa.gov.au
Changes will occur to both trains and buses across the network.
The only train line not affected is the Armadale/Thornlie Line.
