Picked up onboard Cardinia Transit bus at Dandenong Station (while doing railbus) today (21 May):

Route 838 Emarald to Fountain Gate SC, 841 Narre Warren North to Cranbourne & 842 Fountain Gate SC to Endeavour Hills reprinted bus timetables now with DL booklet format still effective 20 December, 2010, train times effective 8 May, 2011 v.1 (Apr 11). No longer in pocket format.

Cardinia Transit.

Picked up onboard bus at Cranbourne today (23 May):

Route 831, 834, 835, 836, 837, 839, 846 & 847 Berwick bus services new/reprinted bus timetables still effective 20 December, 2010, train times effective 8 May, 2011 v.1 (Apr 11).

Melbourne Bus Link's timetable for Route 600, 922, 923 (Southland SC to St Kilda) has been reprinted "Bus times effective 10 October 2010. Train times effective 8 May 2011. v.1 (Mar 11)"

Train connections at Sandringham are now shown for all trips, and not just Weekday AM times towards St Kilda and Weekday PM times towards Southland.

A number of minor corrections have been made to bus times, timing points & route descriptions.

Notably, the last trip from St Kilda to Cheltenham on a Saturday is now shown to run 15 minutes later at 24:17. Apparently this was changed way back in November 2008 but wasn't changed in the printed or online TT at the time.

The timetable also reflects that all services are now wheelchair accessible.

Picked up onboard bus at Hoppers Crossing Station today (2 June).

Route 436, 437 & 446 reprinted bus timetables still dated bus times 2 May 2011, train times 8 May 2011 now in v.2 (May 11).

Route 442, 444, 445 & 446 also reprinted bus timetables still dated bus times 2 May 2011/train times 8 May 2011 now in v.2 (May 11).

In addition to Bradley's pick-up, I have discovered some serious errors with the new booklet timetables for Westrans Werribee

Routes 436/437/446

• Pages 31 - 32: Old 437 Sunday timetable shown, not the new ones. Buses run up to 11 minutes earlier than shown.
• Pages 37 - 38: Booklet timetable shows the 17:02, 17:42 & 18:22 trips operating via the Sneydes Rd deviation to serve the State Chemistry Laboratory, but the online timetable shows the 15:42, 16:22, 17:02 & 17:42 trips operating this deviation instead. Not very good if you rely on this deviation...
• Pages 41 - 48: Old 446 weekend timetables are shown, not the new times. Many departures are now several minutes later, account of the reduction of travel times by around 13 minutes

All now had been corrected.

Routes 442/444/445/446

• Pages 10 - 14: Old 442 weekend timetables are shown, not the new times. Buses towards Hoppers Crossing operate up to 12 minutes earlier than the times shown

Page 32: Booklet timetable shows first Saturday bus commencing at Thames Bvd at 07:38, while website shows bus commencing at the next timepoint, Hogans Rd at 07:43

Still says departed at Thames Bvd at 7.43am & http://tt.metlinkmelbourne.com.au/tt/TT ... 5ac_TP.pdf then schroll down still website says departed Thames Bvd at 7.38am

Received from the AATTC distribution service is a reprint of Portsea's route 788 (Frankston to Portsea) timetable now in DL booklet format. Bus times are still effective 10 October 2010 & train times effective 8 May 2011 v.1 (Apr 11).

Both are Bus times effective 27 September 2010/ Train times effective 8 May 2011 v.1 (Apr 11)

Most 850 trips now depart Dandenong Stn 2 minutes earlier than previously & a note in the timetable indicates that the 2 weekday trips each way which currently divert via Dandenong Plaza will no longer do so when (unspecified) changes to the Dandenong Hub take place.

These timing changes took in effect in September. This is to cater for running via the new Langhorne Place Interchange (eventually). Many other routes were also adjusted at the same time, as were arrival times into Dandenong.

They may have taken effect last September but the previous edition of the 850 timetable dated 27 September 2010/train times 10 October 2010 v1 (Sep 10) does show Dandenong departure times 2 minutes later than in the current issue so presumably they were wrong?
