I have just watched Episode 7 (Series 3) of Call the Midwife, and an old Leyland Tiger PS1 half cab featured quite prominently in the program.
I have found out that it is a 1946 chassis, put into service in 1949. It carries the UK registration CRN 80.
For the TV program it was made to look suitably shabby, and had a complete respray afterwards to return it to its former good looks.
