Just wondering peoples opinion on operators who constantly under quote and win jobs only to have their businesses wound up owing hundreds of thousands of dollars to not only struggling operators who they took the work off in the first place but ATO and non payment of super etc. Usually funding lavish lifestyles for them selves and big noting.
These guys then somehow manage to retain some of their fleet and start again? How do we keep allowing this to happen?

I can't see that too many operators under quoting on jobs would be "living a high life". It is hard enough for those who are making realistic quotes, to make a living.
