I have a MAN 14280 Coach there is a horrific rattle in the front end that nobody can fix it has new shock absorbers and everthing appears to be tight only done 340,000 clicks any suggestions

I have a MAN 14280 Coach there is a horrific rattle in the front end that nobody can fix it has new shock absorbers and everthing appears to be tight only done 340,000 clicks any suggestions

MAN usually rode much rougher than anything else in my experience , could be part of the body coming away causing the rattle.
One service bus we had on PMC160 on MAN was always be welded up over the front end.

mate have you checked the torsion bar which can be difficult to get to it located near the airbags cross members
