Langleys, that was my thought if it had maxi's, but he says it is a mechanical handbrake. So air pressure would not be involved? Could be something in the service brakes not releasing properly?

That makes sense about the brakes.

Yes it is struggling to gain air pressure.
Doesnt blow off so Im assuming we have developed a leak somewhere.

I guess this is the first thing we need to find and then we will see what happens.

Either there is an air leak, or the unloader is stuck, either case youll be able to hear an air leak
