Is very hard to use

I actually find it easier to use if you're doing the basic destination signs, like I did on MIE and now HELEN.
As for making logo and pictures on HELEN, it does look a lot harder. (Did that with nearly no trouble on MIE)

Some Logo's and pictures are already stored in the basic font selection offered via Helen. In the font size selection box, scroll to the bottom and you will find the necessary font called "logo", select this font and then type a letter in the text entry box...say "A" then preview and the graphic will be previewed on the sign. From memory letters A-H produce a graphic. Every individual LED in the sign mimic can be turned off or on via a right or left click on the mouse giving total flexibility for every pixel.

HELEN software is now only available for Depots and is now illegal to distribute it otherwise. (I know this as I had to contact Hanover recently directly to get the software for my workplace, of which is a bus Depot).
