What is so hard about maintaining a vehicle?
Lights, brake lights, indicators, wipers & tyres shauld be checked at least once a week. This helps to keep your vehicle roadworthy and will save you money in the long run.
It is an offence just to drive with your parking lights on. What do you think PARKING stands for.
It is not only the Police, Ambos & Firies that have to extract people from car/truck/bus wrecks, in some country areas the SES are usually a first responce unit to a scene.
