Sticky FAQ for each state/city discussion

Some questions get asked over and over again. Such as "Why in Sydney, do Millenniums currently do not run on other lines etc."
Are any of the mods or members willing to collaborate in creating a sticky FAQ thread for each city, such that if a new member asks any of these questions can be simply linked to it, rather than for someone to re-answer it multiple times or make them feel like they are being ignored/unwelcome? I know the New Users/Ask a Simple exists, but maybe it's not well known initially, although I know it is extensively used for asking specific questions which may be presumed to be common knowledge.

If the mods think this is a good idea, and people are interested, we could use google drive- docs to work together before pasting a solid copy into a new thread.
