The only reelevance of the provided link is that it points to the News and Admin section to which this post has been moved.
I hope to restore the old display later today.
I dont mind if a competion for a new one is held - it can always be implemented at a later date.

Certainly not as often as monthly. This is something the Admin and Moderators will discuss.
