As its now 2012 and Xmas and NYE is over, Should there be a compitition for a new picture?

I hope to restore the old display later today.
I dont mind if a competion for a new one is held - it can always be implemented at a later date.

Certainly not as often as monthly. This is something the Admin and Moderators will discuss.
