Post colours / text styles

Post by RailwayBus »

Hi all.

It seems to be a growing trend (perticularly in the WA and Tas sections) for posts to be written entirely in one colour. The darker green ones are not so bad, but the bright blues and bright reds (especially) are bad on the eyes and are difficult to read.

Also, some people are writing entire posts in bold. This is also bad on the eyes and tricky to read.

The board guidelines state...
# Messages and subject headings shall NOT be written entirely in upper case/bold/large size font/annoying font colour/etc.
Any chance we can start enforcing this?

Please

Cheers
RailwayBus

I use reading glasses and don't have a problem with bright blues or bright reds.
The colours I do find extremely difficult are the yellow yellow, grey grey, aquaaqua or any of the colours in the last 2/5ths of the colour chart.
As an idea, is it possible to "disable" that end of the colour chart so those colours cannot be selected?
