As mentioned yesterday Greens Northern Coaches has now been removed from the old index.

And Shoalbus is ready to go on Thursday using code SHO. So Shorelink as listed above will now use code SHR.

The Moreton Bay Coaches Queensland historic list is now in the new data base with the old list deleted.

This is the first Queensland historic list to be converted.

Today the old Shoalbus page was deleted.

So tomorrow hopefully I will at last start on the list of operators I advised about before I went to Queensland.

Today Caringbah Bus Service fleet list was converted to the new database - this wasw the first of the liost of five I posteds before I went To Queensland.

This is being replaced in the list of 5 to be done next by HOP|Hopkinsons Metrolink.

And as far as Google search is concerned the new pages are being cached by Google quite satisfactorily BUT for some reason my monitoring scripts is no lonmge rpciking them up as it apperars that the code I am usimg for this purpose is no longer being stored by Google. It does not seem to apply to the old style pages. Just a s atrial I have a small change to the lists script to see if this will make any difference. But it will take some time to see if it makes any difference.

Added to the short list to be done is LIV|Liverpool Transport historical list.

And added to the short list for conversion is Dions in Wollongong.

I have not added any to the short list as Dions will be done in two steps ie DIO The Current List and DIN the Historic List.

I've just upgraded to Firefox ver. 3.0 and I'm happy to report that the issue of the dissapearing column and row borders looks to be solved (for me anyway). I used to have to refresh the page several times to get them to appear on almost all fleetlist pages, but now they appear first time (so far, so good). I strongly recommend an upgrade to Firefox 3!

Now for today. As far as I know the last Sydney Metropolitan route operator Hopkinsons was converted to the new database. But there is a along way to go yet,

Today the lIverpool Transport Historical list was converted to the new database.

Added to the short list for conversion was PEG|Pegasus.

Converted today was Dions. Fairy Meadow. Old list not yet deleted as the historic list contained in the same page still needs to be converted,

Added to the short list for conversion was DOH|Doherty's Coaches.

The Dions historic list has now also been converted and is now available under a separate URL in the Historic section. The old Dions page is noiw being deleted.

Added to the short list for conversion is CAB|Carbridge, Sydney.

Rover Motors has now been converted to the new format database.

With the imminent takeover of Mylon, Wodongo by Dysons, the Mylon list has been moved to the short list for conversion - yes a Victorian one.

It has been pointed out that there is a bug in that incorrect Operator Notes are shown if there are no operator notes for the operator concerned. As soon as I fix that, the fix will be uploaded later today.

The Australia Wide Coaches fleet list is now in the new database.

I have added WOD|WODONGA CHARTER SPECIALISTS (Leitch) - Wodonga to the short list for conversion so that with Mylon Motorways being converted, I will be able to delete the Wodonga District page when this one has been converted.

Pegasus Coach Tours is now in the new format database.

Added to the TOP of the short list for conversion is BIC|Bickley's, Finley.

Bickley's, Finley has now been converted to the new database.

And added to the short list for conversion is another operator being taken over by Dyson, ie Northern Buslines in Melbourne.

A couple of coding changes today for the main lists scripts.
1. There is now a link to the bus enquiry script for bus which have had a chnage in the last 60 days or since the new change recording started, whihever is the shorther period. The latter part about "since its inception" will be removed after 60 days.
2. There was a problem where no operator notes are present for an operator and there was a fleet summary or separate disposal list where the link was the wrong operator. This has now been fixed. See Sundays' problem where at the time I fixed the incorrect data but had not yot fixed the script which could not handle the incorrect data.

Mylon Motorways, Wodonga is the first Victorian list other than Dysons to be converted to the new format database because of their takeover by Dysons next week.

Added to the short list for conversion is RED|Red Bus Services, The Entrance.

Added to the short list for conversions was COA|Coastal Liner.

WODONGA CHARTER SPECIALISTS (Leitch) - Wodonga is now in the new database to allow the old Wodonga page to be deleted.

So now it is back to the NSW lists in the sequence I have included them here ie Doherty is next.

Added to the short list for comversion is the Baxters disposal list which is currently a separate page but which will become part of the new Baxters list as their separate disposals page.

Cranbourne Transit has been removed from the short list for the moment.
