Post by hkbusfan »

Anyone here interested in bus models (mainly 1/76 scale) from Hong Kong. I am started to get quite a good collection. Anyone interested in pictures as well?

Hi hkbusfan
Yes...I too am interested in HK 1/76 scale buses and actually have 5 in my collection. Got to like them during 2 holidays over there last year and July this year after riding on quite a few, using their fabulous Octopus card !.

Regards

It is originally this model without the advert. :)

The SIA advert is my modification.

Hi LG419
Awesome collection !! Attached are photo's of my modest collection of Hong Kong buses, mainly purchased during my visits this year and last year. These are the models of the buses that I travelled on while there.

Cheers

How is this advertising done please? - also the smaller banners like http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8130/8702 ... 3abd_b.jpg

I would like to make some of my model more realistic by adding advertising too.

Firstly, take pics of the ad (or google it) you wanna add on the model.
Then send the pics to a model shop to let them edit the pics and use the pics to make the waterslide.
Finally, place the waterslide on the model. :)
