Is that the standard Italeri hub there at the rear o/s or have you done something to it? It's an interesting red that you've used.... I like it.

This an original issue from Revell that I bought at a swapmeet.

It's older than any kit I've bought, so it's not as detailed as an Italeri truck kit, BUT, the parts connected together very well and some way better than some other kits I've built.

Just looks interesting/differnt almost like it's either got a hubdometer on it or you haven't filed down the sprue connection...!

That's actually part of the axle sticking out, not the sprue connection. Revell designed their axles in way that resemble snaptite designs.
