I notice also that they are still in stock at TG. When I looked a few days ago they were $150 (what they wanted for a damaged one) but have gone up now to $165.

The Newcastle bus that Boronia mentioned is here, but I can't find the winning bid page for the UTA version. Just curious of how much that one went for.

Wonder how damaged the STA one was?

Edit: Oh forget it, unless someone had it on their watch &/or saved list.

There are reports that CMNL have closed down so we might not get any more for a bit.

The planned release of AUBUS1004, Mercedes Benz 0405NH CB60 for Comfor Delgro Cabcharge is now officially on hold.
Due to the closure of the manufacturing arm of CMNL AUBUS1004 and subsequent models from CMNL are on indefinite hold. When CMN (a separately owned company) finds a suitable manufacturing partner we will reinvestigate the production of the CB60 bus models. However we do not anticipate this to occur until late 2012 if not 2013.
We apologise to our collectors for this unavoidable problem.

nbus, these models have nothing to do with the AUBUS range. Read back through this thread and you will find out more.

seems like transgraphics updated the picture changing it from the foldup paper look to an picture of the real version and added pictures of the models itself being build.i'm not sure if they are the models we would get or they are just prototype ones.

they still seem to look very good and i'm happy with the pricing and glad they are making these for us.

could i ask will these upcoming ones be diecast like the AUbus range volvo and Mercedes sydney buses that launched back in 2006.

i'll be so happy if i'll see an TNSW livery CB80 volvo and Merc 0C500LE CNG.hope aubus or ozbus could launch those in the upcoming years.nut now i'm waiting for the mk III,IV and 305g artic.

I hope they use the desto's that are on those images.
I would get the 0305G in STA livery just for the 393 LITTLE BAY desto.
May be TG should think about making up a clip on series of desto's to compliment the models as the MK3's had the lip at the top of the desto glass to allow those metal desto's like the Manly-Circular Quay tour desto.

I think the picture of a Mk 2 is a mistake - they meant to display a Mk 3 in original colours.

They definitely told me a Mk 2 model is planned, but it hasn't been announced on their site yet.

The mk2 & mk3 were the same body the mk3 having a larger rear route number box for the larger numbers & different windows

and the tailights of the mk II are tiny circles_2 of each brake, reverse and turning signal lights) while the mk 3 has only three of each square shape lights.

No the tail lights were the same the only outside cosmetic body changes were the ones I mentioned, the other was large route numbers fitted to the front

The Mk 2s and Mk 3s do not have identical bodies - even without the windows and route numbers, the model shell portrayed on the Transitgraphics website is clearly a Mk 3. You can tell by the size of the front bulkhead (or whatever the area above the windscreen is called) - which is larger than what it would be on a Mk 2 version.

I feel a bit old, having to explain this
