 gotta question for u all!!, i tried YESTERDAY to change my SHIPPING address because of living in a Housing Commission block i have started to notice mail going missing.

I logged on at the Transit Graphics website to view my order/s and guess what??, NOT a trace of my order!!...even though i paid by Visa, on the 21st of January, no mention of it at all, last " completed" order was for 2 AUBUS 002 Volvos back in 2009.

I have ordered 1 each of the STA MK V buses due to be mailed out from aporox 20th FEB 2012.

I emailed both addresses at eshop@transitgraphics.com.au and john@transitgraphics.com.au last night and decided to give them the "right of reply" ALL day today, up to, and including C.O.B. ( close of business) today.

Result.?...not a word!!....also, have been in contact with a fellow purchaser, he told me there is NO trace of his order when he logged on to check his order status... We both ordered and paid the same way, yet NO TRACE OF THE ORDER, apart from our receipts from the CREDIT UNION stating purchases have been deducted from our accounts.

Anyone in a similar situation??.

My order wasn't placed through the "shoping cart; I just got an email from them advising how to pay (via PayPal). So I guess my order isn't in their system either.

Which way did you order?

Hi Boronia, myself and a workmate paid by Visa, whether over the phone or not is irrevelant, we BOTH hold receipts from our Credit Union/s clearly stating monies paid to Transit Graphics.

Do you have your TransitGraphics receipt/reference number? I got a six or seven digit number after my credit card payment had been processed....

:D evening all!!,

Just checked out T G website, the MK V's are due to be sent out from the 27th, the Newcastle one has been updated, and shows the Production model, the UTA one has not been updated to the Production model as yet.

Had a close look at the Newcastle one, LOOKS pretty good, comes with a nice plaque on the black mounting base, check em out and put your thoughts here, i am sure there will be some!!.

Regards,

I'm tempted to "Brookvalise" 3140 by doing the depot repaint of dark blue bumpers. I always found that look fascinating.

Hi Andrew,

I rang up TG on Tuesday and they said they hadn't actually received them yet (as of Tuesday) and would post them as soon as they get them. They anticipated it would be late this week/early next week. An email will be sent when they are shipped.

Cheers

Have just received this unsolicited update from TG, guess others have/will too:
Unfortunately, due to shipping problems the bus models have been delayed.
Everything going well, we will have them dispatched from TransitGraphics on Thursday 8th March 2012.
I will send you an email when we have posted them, so you can track the delivery online.
We are sorry if this is an inconvenience.

Yes I receved that email too. I haven't told my wife I bought two of these yet, so the delay will give me a few more days to devise a strategy to let her know

You got both mark Vs? Good luck getting out of that one.
The reason I decided to shell out for 3140 is that I have driven it (in corp) and it was a good mark V too!
3140 is now with Waverley depot. Saw it entering William St from the city the other day!
