Probably best to buy another one, very cheap these days, around the $9 mark, or it might be worthwhile waiting for the KRS &/or MSTS-2 train simulators. Not sure if MSTS-2 will be interchangeable with MSTS-1 though.

You could try the following provided the scratches are not too deep

Take one scratched CD or DVD.
Then take one banana, a cotton cloth and some glass cleaner.
Peel the banana and cut it in half.
Rub the banana around the CD in circular motions.
Then use the inside of the banana peel to wipe of the residue.
Wipe all the residue off with the cotton cloth.
Then apply some glass cleaner to the CD and again wipe and clean it with the cloth.
Voila!
One cd minus all the bad scratches

or

Some Video Ezy stores have a disk repair machine bur beware I have seen where a customer have taken their disk to them to be repaired and yes it did remove the scratches the disk never played again

After having a look at some of the sites I know where you can download from I would suggest if the repair doesn't work buy the game as the download is a hefty download from Rapidshare with approx 72 parts covering the 2 disks

these links are what is avaiable on ebay

If your CD is scratched go into a VideoEzy or any other big videoshop- most have CD cleaning services available- for around $5 per cd. gets rid of all scratches, unless they are REALLY deep.

If you just want to download a copy of the game and are too tight to spend a few dollars buying an original, or even asking if anyone has a copy they no longer want, then go ahead, break the law and illegally download yourself a copy.
