What is the significance of "Three Digits" in the subject?

It's relatively new for QConnect (regional urban bus services) throughout Queensland.
Regional Queensland - QConnect bus services
Existing three digit route numbers:-
>> Bus Queensland (formally Kynoch's) - north of Toowoomba City
Recent or new to changing over to three digit route numbers:-
>> Sunbus (TAG) - Townsville, NQ
>> Trans North Bus & Coach - Innisfail, NQ
>> Sunbus (TAG) - Marlin Coast/Cairns City, FNQ
and now
>> Glasshouse Country Coaches (Cavbus Pty Ltd) - Maleny/Landsborough areas, SEQ (as posted)

I was about to ask where Maleny came into it but your last line explains that.

I found it interesting on the timetable above that there is a better service during the day on weekends than during the week.

i live in Cairns, and whilst the change to 3 digit route numbers has been good, not too many people like the changes to the bus routes.

Many people are not happy with the changes because the routes have been altered and appear to no longer service many of the streets ar areas that they to prior to the changes.
