Talked to one of my mates at Murrays a couple of weeks ago.

He said it would be an all BCI and Higer Fleet by mid 2014.Also said there had been a massive rollover in staff as well in recent times.

Morning Boronia,
Quite right. The revolving door is in full operation and a lot of changes of late have left a sour taste for many.A very unhappy operation.

Considering the Ankais are not that old and are tag axle coaches, the dirt cheap price they are for sale at must mean they are absolutely heaps of rubbish (which i think was obvious just by looking at them!). I would be keeping well clear of those buses!

Murrays were allegedly the agents for the brand, and even they didn't buy any more.

Did the pair in WA ever get sold?

One Ankai is still in WA. They do have positives... They'll blow any car off the mark at a set of lights, the bin space is fantastic, the off side door is very handy for City Hotels. The driver also never needs to visit a tanning salon after driving one. (Think Bova and you're on the right track).

I notice Spence's Sports Tours Dubbo has one of the ex Adams Ankai's. Saw it on the road a few months ago and it certainly was in need of some body repairs.

401, 402, 403, 404 all have been withdrawn
Sydney depot also no longer have any Scania 61 seater left.
Also 704 is the last merc sprinter for sydney depot.
And only 2 rosa left for the navy shuttle run.
451, 452 I believe is melbourne depot base now (anyone in melb can confirm it?)
453, 454, 455, 456 is caberra depot base now.
No more express advertising behind the 14,5m all has or will be replace with the reflective big M logo.
Most the 49seater has been transfer to other depot.
Except 405 which mainly doing cranbrook school run, 412, 413, 419.

Afternoon Supir Angkot,
Long time no hear.

Interesting to hear of the Murrays changes - should be interesting times ahead as BCI have changed direction with no direct coverage in NSW (LOCAL DEALER HAS NOW CLOSED) and coverage comes from WA and QLD.

The 14.5 scanias are up for sale.
Maybe new BCI 14.5's to replace them?!

The 14.5 Scanias have been on the market for a couple of years now. They have already effectively been replaced by the 13.5 BCIs.

Reregistered, or new deliveries?

With BCI now out of NSW, perhaps they are being delivered from there?

Or perhaps transfers from melbourne to Sydney depots, not yet re-reg here?

It looks like transfers from Sydney to Melbourne
370 BS00GW Higer Munro LKLS1CS85DA622464 Higer - 8.2013 C28F Melbourne
ex TV7536 (NSW).
371 BS00GX Higer Munro LKLS1CS87DA622465 Higer - 8.2013 C28F Melbourne
ex TV7535 (NSW).
372 BS00GY Higer Munro LKLS1CS89DA622466 Higer - 8.2013 C28F Melbourne
ex TV7534 (NSW).
373 BS00GZ Higer Munro LKLS1CS80DA622467 Higer - 8.2013 C28F Melbourne
ex TV7624 (NSW).
376 BS00HA Higer Munro LKLS1CS80DA622470 Higer - 2013 C28F Melbourne
ex TV7627 (NSW).

418 BS00NW BCI JXK6127 "Cruiser 12" LSFC13089AC005515 BCI - 5.2010 C49F Melbourne
ex TV6357 (NSW).
419 BS00NX BCI JXK6127 "Cruiser 12" LSFC13080AC005516 BCI - 5.2010 C49F Melbourne
ex TV6358 (NSW).

These new plates have only just started in Victoria as can be seen they all start with BS00, so unlikely to be transfers from Melbourne to Sydney at this point of time.
