I have a few you would all love:

Image
Ed Eminson's 1975 Brockway F761TL (the only one in Australia) - 35773H

Image
Fred Goldspring's 1964 Mack B-615 - 32663H

Image
Bruce Wright's 1974 Mercedes-Benz LS1418 - BW1418

In the model # on Bruce's 1418, the "S" denotes "sattelschlepper" or tractor/prime mover

Graeme,

Thought you might like them! I see on your profile that you live in the Blue Mountains - if you ever get a chance to see a old truck show, the Golden Oldies Truck Club Vintage Truck and Tractor Show is the one to see! The man bending over in the Brockway photo is the president of the club, Ed Eminson - if you want to know more about the show and when it is on (which isn't until next year, unfortunately), let me know and I'll keep you informed!

While on the subject of the orange Brockway, it is the only one in Australia and is a huge part of Ed's old truck collection - which includes two older Brockways, a 1912 Lacre "O" and a Mack R-600!

Hi huppy,

I'm impressed with the Brockway, it's the first one that I have seen in Australia, I also love that B-615 Mack I'd love to see more "vintage" truck pics.

Mike P,

That Brockway is the only one in Australia - the man who owns him, Ed Eminson, is the Aussie guru of all things Brockway! I am hoping to import a N527TL "Huskiteer" cabover one day!

I will post more when I resize them!
