lovely Coach great to drive, Its belonged to levers of queenbeyan in New South wales when it was new. They got it from the US.

Dont need a special licence. legislation allowes bike racks in the act only cannot go into nsw.

I was many times early out of canberra to thredbo arrive thredbo 0630 and depart 0830 coming home. Dont miss it.

I have been up in the snow country more then 500 times over a perioud of 7 years driving coaches for a national company. I only had to put chains on 7 times, 5 early in the mornings and 2 late afternoons.
And only because the national parkes rangers told me to do it.

There is a sign at the top of the hill coming down into Jindabyne, Saying Trucks and buses must use low gear. IF you do not select low gear at the top you can be fined. I have come down that hill many times if you are not in low gear you can run into troubles at the bottom if your breaks are not in ...

409dog I have done many ks in that machine. it has a v6/692 GM in it the motor is to small for the coach and you have to do lots of gear changes just to get it going. this merc was one of two that were in Canberra in the early 1980 they were used for Taa crew moverments And an airport shuttle bus services from the city to the airport and the odd charter.
