Re: WA Transport Questions thread
Ok so would putting the little accssesible service sign on all timetables for the routes work? and then when ever there is a Old bus (non accssesible) service they just put that down as a N (i.e.) 158N? Mainly so that people know the exact type of sevice they are getting... and if it is a Fully Non...

Re: Where Is It - Western Australia
Thanks again Herb for the informative "gen" - cleared it up beautifully for me. In celebration, I'll steal the open floor from myself before the big 'B' encroaches and ask exactly where and on what route is this creature? Clues are in abundance. http://img684.imageshack.us/img684/6554/to19...

Re: WA Transport Questions thread
I may sound like a dumbs**t, but is there a train stored at Armadale between Mon-Fri? Cheers! They should, yet the first train ex Armadale runs empty from Claisebrook - I simply do not get it. In Sydney (interurban specifically) for a quick example, these sorts of trains used to run on a request ty...

Re: WA Transport Questions thread
What recent overhaul? The one nearly a year and a half ago? OF course - there must be enough people on these services for them to have remained and why should you force people to walk greater distances by making them take a bus that is further away? We are trying to encourage people ONTO PT not off...

Re: Where Is It - Western Australia
God I love these RTs and Rms, one question though....the number plates??? From where is "RTL547" derived?
Anyway, before my ongoing exile into oblivion from the atdb ominously approaches I'll step out and wildly claim "Macallum (sic) Park" in Vic Pk?

Re: Where Is It - Western Australia
Correct Bus-1809.
I know it's off-topic but do these displays have some sort of delay or process they progress through whilst being switched from one desto to another?
Otherwise i'm led to believe this bus completed a 72 and ran dead to the Old Mill?

Re: Bus Routes - What would you do if you were in charge?
Doesn't make sense to me, considering there is a BP and other petroleum products in the same area. I was told it was to do with the break up of the contract areas, ie Guildford Rd services run out of Bayswater. If that is the case...it's ridiculous. Cart before the horse and back to front planning p...

Re: WA Transport Questions thread
Now that the Coventry Square Markets in Morley have finally opened, does anyone envisage the introduction of a more frequent bus service between Morley and the city? Or maybe a cross-suburban service between Morley, Hillarys Boat Harbour & whatever that other place is they'd like to hook up to?...

Re: Bus Routes - What would you do if you were in charge?
I would suggest that the "Corporation" has given a lame excuse about or regarding congestion, even though the bus lane itself is NOT affected by any congestion and told Tp to eff off politely speaking. I'm not 100% on this but I've been monitoring the dead running into and out of the area ...
