Not sure the light rail actually runs to a timetable. I think the displays at stops estimate based on the location of the next tram, as I've seen them stop ticking when the tram is dwelling at Central or Dulwich Hill.

^ The THOREB can do announcements. It was formerly used on all the Metrobus routes (of course excluding the private ones). It gradually fell out of use as the announcements were never updated for route changes (e.g. M10 diverting away from Town Hall, the addition of the Lyminge Rd stop on the M41).

These are for places where there isn't enough space for a full height one. For example, they have some at Rockdale station because there is a low awning over it.

Not sure what buses are usually on these routes, but Transdev is using a lot of their buses on the Bankstown line rail replacement, so that might be why.
